What this blog is for
These posts exist because the questions people ask about BreathiZen are almost never really about BreathiZen. They are about the category: what mullein actually is, how to tell a good supplement label from a bad one, and whether a spray genuinely beats a capsule.
Each post answers one of those without needing you to buy anything. Where BreathiZen comes up, it is because it is the label in front of us, and usually because it is the example that fails the point being made — using somebody else's product as the bad example while selling this one would be the cheapest move available.
Longer reference material sits in the guides section: a full guide to the lung support category, and a seven-step method for choosing within it.

How this blog works
How posts are chosen
By what the order support and the website team are actually asked. Three questions come up more than any others: what mullein really is, how to tell a good label from a bad one, and whether a spray genuinely works faster than a capsule. Those are the three posts.
Each one is written so that a reader who buys nothing still leaves with something they can use on any product in this category. That is the test a post has to pass before it is published here, and it is why none of these is a list of reasons to buy BreathiZen.
How posts are written
The same rules as the rest of this site. Every outside source is a government or national-body page that was opened and read before it was cited, and they are listed at the bottom of each post. No study identifier is printed from memory. No competitor is named, because a comparison written by a seller is an advertisement with a table in it. Where BreathiZen appears, it is usually as the example that fails the point being made.
Corrections
Every post carries a published date and a last-updated date. If something here is wrong, email the website team with the post and what is wrong; the post is corrected and its updated date moves forward.
More posts
The generator behind this site reads posts from a list, so new ones can be added without touching any other page. The three already queued: comparing two labels side by side, what happens to a botanical liquid over time, and how to read a certificate of analysis if one is ever published for this product.
