If you take blood thinners, sedatives or sleep medicine, blood-pressure medicine, or medicine for asthma or COPD, show the ingredient list to a clinician before your first serving. Marshmallow root can slow how fast other medicines are absorbed. Bromelain and ginger may add to blood thinners. California poppy and corydalis may add to sedatives. L-theanine may add to blood-pressure medicine.
Green tea extract
Stop taking this product and contact a clinician if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pain on the right side under the ribs, or unusual tiredness. Liver injury has been reported, uncommonly, in people taking green tea extract. The amount in this product is not published.
