You have lost the order email
Call with the card you paid on and the delivery address. The desk can search on both. It is slower, and it works.

Ten clauses, two clocks and an honest note about the two parts of this process that cost the buyer money.

Quick answer
To claim a BreathiZen refund, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID inside the 60-day window, then post the bottles to 245 Park Avenue, Floor 24, New York, NY 10167, USA with your name, email and order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Ten clauses
This page sets out the refund process for BreathiZen orders placed through breathizenlungs.com. It is written to be read before you need it.
The pack we were given says the window is the one printed on the order page and that it is often 60 days. We print that as it was given to us. Read the window on the order page before you pay. The window runs from the date the order is placed.
Your order ID, which appears in the order confirmation email, and the bottles. The desk can locate an order without the ID using the payment card, though this takes longer.
Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 and say you are claiming the money-back window. The desk handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Website questions — typos, privacy, press — go to [email protected] instead, and that address cannot process a refund.
Post them to:
245 Park Avenue, Floor 24, New York, NY 10167, USA
Include your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the order desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Keep your postal tracking number until the refund appears.
The amount paid for the product, as set out on the order page. Return postage is not refunded. No restocking fee is described in the material supplied to us.
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 as early as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it has to be returned under the process above rather than cancelled.
Photograph a damaged parcel before opening anything, then call the desk. For a parcel that has not arrived, the desk holds the carrier record and can open an enquiry with your order ID.
This policy covers orders placed through breathizenlungs.com. We cannot refund an order we did not take, and we cannot trace a lot number we did not ship.
If anything here is out of date, email [email protected] and the page will be corrected with its date moved forward. The terms on the order page govern your order.
Timing
| Stage | How long | What is happening |
|---|---|---|
| You call and post | Your own timing | The window is running. Start this by day 45 to be comfortable |
| Parcel in transit | Depends on the service you choose | Tracked post is worth the extra here |
| Desk approves | 3 to 5 business days after they credit it | This is the seller's side of the process |
| Card posts it | 5 to 10 days | Your bank's timing, not the seller's |
| Total after posting | Roughly two to three weeks | Plan for it rather than chasing on day four |
The honest section
Two parts of this policy cost the buyer something, and both are worth saying plainly rather than burying in clause six.
Return postage is yours. On a six-bottle kit that is a real parcel, and posting it tracked to New York is not free. Factor that in when you choose a kit size.
The window starts at the order, not at the first serving. Shipping time comes out of your window. It is the reason this site keeps suggesting a decision at day 45.
Neither of those is unusual for this category. Both are the kind of detail that is easier to accept when you read it before paying than when you discover it while trying to send bottles back.
A prepaid return label would remove the one genuine friction in this process. It would also cost the seller money, which is presumably why it does not exist. We are not going to describe the current arrangement as generous; it is standard, it is clearly stated, and the phone line makes it workable.
Edge cases
Answers where we have them, and a plain "the order page governs" where we do not.
Call with the card you paid on and the delivery address. The desk can search on both. It is slower, and it works.
Say so on the call. The terms on the order page govern what can be refunded, and the desk will tell you before you post anything.
Most money-back windows in this category expect that — the point of trying something is to try it. The order page's terms are the version that governs.
The window has closed and we are not going to imply otherwise. Call anyway if something is wrong with the product itself; that is a different conversation.
This is why tracked postage matters. With a tracking number the desk can work with you. Without one there is nothing to look at.
Refunds go back to the payment method used. That is the processor's rule, not the desk's preference.
Practical
Three lines, and nothing else is needed:
Full name · Email on the order · Order ID
Add the date you called if you have it. A parcel that arrives with those four pieces of information is matched in minutes; one with a name alone can sit for days.
If a refund goes wrong, the temptation is to go straight to the card issuer. It is worth calling the desk once more first: a chargeback takes longer than a processed refund in most cases, and it removes the desk's ability to help. That said, a chargeback exists for a reason and nothing on this page is an argument against using it if a claim is genuinely being ignored.
Good habit
Most people find a refund policy on day fifty-five. If you are reading it on day one, three minutes now saves the whole process later.
Put the end of the window in a calendar with a reminder ten days before it. Save the order email somewhere you will find it. And decide now what you would want to be different at four weeks, because a decision made against something you wrote down is much easier than one made against a memory.
